Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Hynto ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") concerning your access to and use of the Hynto mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

Eligibility

To use Hynto, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the European Economic Area)
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
  • Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws

Account Registration

Creating an Account

To access certain features of Hynto, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

Acceptable Use

Permitted Uses

You may use Hynto to:

  • Plan and organize your travel itineraries
  • Discover and save travel destinations
  • Use travel-related features and tools
  • Share your travel experiences (within community guidelines)

Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Violate intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of others
  • Engage in harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior
  • Upload viruses, malware, or any harmful code
  • Send unsolicited advertisements or spam
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Use automated systems to extract data without permission
  • Attempt to bypass security measures or access restrictions
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its entire contents, features, and functionality are owned by Hynto, its licensors, or other content providers and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you create and submit through the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100 USD IF YOU HAVE NOT MADE ANY PAYMENTS.

Termination

By You

You may terminate your account at any time by:

  1. Going to Settings → Profile Settings
  2. Selecting "Delete Account"
  3. Confirming deletion

Your data will be deleted within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, we are required to do so by law, or your conduct harms other users or the Company.

Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Informal Resolution

If you have a dispute with us, please contact us first at support@hynto.app. We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 60 days.

Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration conducted by the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) in England and Wales.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via in-app notification or email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
