Is free really the full product?
Yes. Caps exist only on AI / OCR / email parsing — and they're set high enough that most ordinary users won't hit them. Free isn't a limited demo of Pro; it's the real product.
What does Pro add?
Bank/card sync (Plaid), Gemini Pro AI tier, unlimited collaborators, verification, no abuse caps, and a few vanity perks. If you're not using bank sync or maxing out abuse caps, you don't need Pro.
Why is Trip Pass 2× the monthly?
Travel is episodic. Trip Pass is 30 days of Pro with no auto-renew — you pay once, use it for the trip, done. The 2× ratio reflects the honest premium for flexibility (and not having to cancel).
Can I switch from Trip Pass to Pro?
Yes — at any time during the 30 days, from Settings → Subscription. You can also wait for our prompt 5 days before expiry: subscribe to Pro for £4.99/mo and we'll credit £5 from your Trip Pass against your first month.
What about refunds?
Within 14 days of any paid purchase (Pro, Trip Pass, or Verified) you can request a full refund — no questions. This is your UK statutory right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and applies regardless of usage.
Do you sell or share my data?
No. Hynto makes money from affiliate commissions on travel bookings (clearly disclosed) and the Pro/Trip Pass/Verified SKUs. We don't sell or share personal data.
